I was challenged by The Frugalicious Show to create a summer outfit (Day to Night), that wasunder $100. All of my essential pieces were from Target and under $100; however, I didn't include the accessories into the budget because it would be impossible to create a finished look. Yes, yes I know I cheated a bit but there is the finish look! I hope you guess like it!
